Workhuman Live Stream was the first of its kind for the company. Put together in six weeks, my team partnered with: audience acquisition, event planning, designers, and copywriters to create a 90 minute simu-live broadcast. My job was to create an inviting, timely and impactful piece of content to engage with customers and prospects on our philosophy, product suite, and to announce a new product – Moodtracker.
The Concept:
- Video content strategy of pre, during and post event.
- Mapping of overall show flow into 4 discrete sections with celebrity guests (Trevor Noah & Simon Sinek)
The Production:
- Running point on merging copy, design, and video into a coherent piece.
- Working with my team to capture the content (Onsite capture with COVID safety protocols)
- Edit and deliver the final project
The Broadcast:
- Collaborate on the UX/UI for the live and on-demand events
- Use Vimeo Live to run a flawless live experience
The Follow Up:
- On-demand site for registrants.
- Outreach to customers to schedule follow up meetings/demos.
The Results:
- 10,000+ viewers of live event.
- 2,000+ views of on demand platform (Over 400 hours time spent on site).
- 200+ Meetings scheduled.
- Attributed to a massive increase in sales pipeline.
It was a huge success, and one of the top marketing drivers in company history. Future shows will leverage the data and learnings from the live and on-demand results to make something even better!
